$375 through June 30, 2017
$400 through September 30, 2017
$425 after September 30, 2017
We have no partial conference prices and it is not possible to share a conference registration spot.
There are optional workshops available on Monday, November 6, 2017 for an additional charge. If you’ve already registered for the conference but would like to add pre-conference workshops OR would like to register for workshops only (you do not have to attend the conference to register for the workshops), you can use the Workshops Registration Form.
Wine Bloggers Conference
The 10th annual Wine Bloggers Conference will take place at the same venue immediately following the WMTC. The WBC is a great opportunity to learn more about content/blogging/social media and also to meet these key influencers. Upon registering for the WMTC, you will receive a discount code good for $100 off the non-blogger registration price at the Wine Bloggers Conference. Groups of three or more attendees from the same company/organization, each using a company email address and booking on the same day, can use the code GROUP on the registration form for a $50 discount per person. Please do not use this code if it does not apply to you or we will cancel your registration and ask you to re-register.
Cancellation and Travel Insurance
All fees are 50% refundable up through October 6, 2017 and are not refundable after that. If you do have to cancel, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else; simply email us with the details. If you are traveling from out of town to attend the conference, you can insure against losing your registration costs and plane fare by purchasing travel insurance. MH Ross is one company we recommend.
