ASTC is a sports tourism company register in South Africa and Nigeria to organise sports tourism for sports lover in Africa and the diasporal. I will like to attend the 2013 Wine Tourism Conference. I will be coming from South Africa, therefore I will need an invitation letter from your organisation to facilitate issuance my visa at the embassy.

Abhishek, the price is $350 and the hotel information is on the main page of this website. We would love to have you join us. You will of course need to arrange your US visa and plane ticket on your own and we don’t have any information about that.

We’ll have to look into that. The dinner is sponsored by Legendary Napa Valley, so we would need to get their approval and somehow have the funds go from you to us to them.
