Optional “Sharing Best Practices” Summits
Optional Workshops will be Optional “Sharing Best Practices” Summits in 2018. Being held on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 12:45-3:45PM and included in your conference registration price, these summits allow you to meet with your direct peers to learn from industry leaders, hear from your peers, and share your own best practices. We will have Summits for the following groups:
- Tasting Room Managers
- Event Managers
- Wine Tour Operators
- Destination Management Organizations
- Winery Associations
- Marketing/Communication Experts
Groups of three or more attendees from the same company/organization, each using a company email address and booking on the same day, can use the code GROUP on the registration form for a $50 discount per person. Please do not use this code if it does not apply to you or we will cancel your registration and ask you to re-register.
Cancellation and Travel Insurance
All fees are 50% refundable up through September 23, 2018 and are not refundable after that. If you do have to cancel, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else; simply email us with the details. If you are traveling from out of town to attend the conference, you can insure against losing your registration costs and plane fare by purchasing travel insurance. MH Ross is one company we recommend.
